    NOTE: BAsic 1 class sessions begin at 9AM on the 2nd and 4th Saturday of each month.
    Basic 2 class begins at 10AM on the Sunday following the 2nd and 4th Saturday.

    In the event a holiday falls on the same days a class, check with the instructor.

    "Open Forge" is scheduled in coordination with a Jackson Museum OPEN HOUSE and allows the blacksmiths to demonstrate skills to the public. You may also market your wares with a 10% donation to the Museum.


    Blacksmith and Tin Shop Brief History

    This Blacksmith Shop was built to simiulate a circa 1920s Weaverville Blacksmith shop.

    The Tin Shop was built to look like a circa 1920s Weaverville Tin Shop.
